Polestar will not deal with cases where the brand's cars have had such serious faults that roadside assistance was necessary. "These are individual cases", is the answer.
Polestar refuses to deal with the fact that several of the brand's customers have had bad experiences with otherwise brand new cars. One owner even got roadside assistance to collect the car on the first day.
Nevertheless, Polestar will deal very carefully with the fact that the brand's cars are full of software errors in particular. Boosted has previously described how the speedometer in a car for 800,000 kroner went black immediately.
Even journalists have experienced that the speedometer in the expensive cars completely stops working. This has been described by Auto Motor und Sport, among others.
And now Carup writes that Polestar 3 owners had their car towed away already on the day the car was delivered. However, the specific case is not much for the car brand to deal with.
Instead, Polestar apologizes by saying that ' it is a brand new car on a brand new common platform with the latest technology, and it is not uncommon for brand new technology to experience some faults '.

Polestar, which has just announced that software development is being moved from China to India, says that the cars are constantly being updated with software. But the owners have to wait until the end of October, because an update that improves stability "significantly" is ready.
– We are aware of very few isolated cases of cars requiring towing, and we work intensively to solve these problems quickly for our customers.
– As each individual case is individual, we cannot comment more generally on it, reads a written response from Polestar to the media .
Reports of cars being towed away are just the latest in a string of bad news for Polestar. Back in August, the brand was forced to delay the delivery of brand new but flawed cars.
The brand is also one of the car manufacturers that risks getting into trouble in the USA. Because even though Polestar has a factory in the country, the Biden administration will ban cars with software and hardware from countries such as China. Read more about it here .
Here at home, several people who have tried Polestar's cars have pointed out that especially the car's menus in the translation into Danish are full of spelling and typo errors. Some of the words just don't make sense.
