Mad driver crashed on Bollervej last night

A 30-year-old man had to hand over both his car and his choir card to the police last night when he was flashed by a photo van on Bollervej in Horsens at 02.33.

On Bollervej in Horsens, a crazy driver was measured early Thursday morning to be driving 125 kilometers per hour, on a stretch where the speed limit is 60 kilometers per hour. It happened around 2.33 a.m. when a manned ATK vehicle flashed

The driver of the car, a 30-year-old man from Horsens, was quickly sought out by the police. About half an hour after the incident, South East Jutland Police sent a patrol to the man's address to confiscate both the car and the choir card.

This is written by Horsens Folkeblad .

According to warden Steffen Wolf from South East Jutland Police, the car was impounded on the spot with a view to later confiscation. The 30-year-old man also had his license administratively revoked, which means that he immediately lost the right to drive a car.

Steffen Wolf explains that the man can probably expect a suspended prison sentence as a result of the speeding offence. The starting point is the penalty of 20 days. But if you choose to serve the fine in prison, the sentence can also be changed to 30 days.

The exact consequences for the man will be decided later in connection with a later trial. However, the police have already taken the first steps with the seizure of the choir carriage.

Conversely, it is not always that the police get it when they take the car from a motorist and accuse him of reckless driving. Earlier this year, Boosted spoke to a 20-year-old man who had to go all the way to the High Court to find out that the police could not prove his alleged madness.

The case meant that the police and the state had to return the Audi in which the 20-year-old was stopped. Read more about it here .
